That, by the way is my New Years resolution. I thought it was less likely to be broken and since I start more things than I finish, I think this is a pretty good plan. So here is the catch up.
Lots of love between the dogs but sometimes we all need space. Especially after being snowed in most of the Christmas break.
As the forecast predicted a weekend of snow (turned into a week) it was time to run madly, shall I say hysterically to the store to get the emergency bread and milk. In my case…emergancey wine, pizza, oranges, vegetables, coffee and of course flowers. The flowers kept me from falling into a deep depression after a week of being snowed in.
A friend and I laugh about measuring the amount of snow by how deep it is on the deck. I now prefer the deck chair method. More dramatic and I am sure more accurate as far as that goes. Day 2 snow 9 inches and still snowing.
1/9/11
By Tuesday I was still snowed in and began taking pictures of myself…now that is boredom.
I was pretty much knitting all the time this week. Dogs were getting worried when I began combing and collecting their fur.
……but we finally made it back to school on Friday.
Better late than never Christmas Amaryllis. She bloomed on 1/15…

It was a lovely re-cap! I kind of liked how it built in anticipation, which would have been lost if you did daily entries! so there….job well done!
Love the doggie pics!
