It’s official…I may not speak southern, but I can cook it. Blackeyed Peas and Cornbread. Yummm!!! Well that was New Year’s Day dinner. I could not offend my northern heritage. Yes last night was pork and sauerkraut. I think I have eaten enough pig for 2011. Time to move on to some veggies. Happy New Year’s Y’all!!!!!
