We had a productive appointment with the radiologist and she suggested the same course of action as the doctors at NIH. So today Bob will start Whole Brain Radiation and will continue that for 10 treatments over the next 2 weeks. Then they will wait 1 to 2 weeks before performing a few Gamma Knife procedures. [...]

Scanxiety (def) To worry over what upcoming scans might reveal. Usually a waste of energy for results will be what they will be and no amount of worrying will change it. Prayer on the other hand has been known to help.
